Here's the recipe:
For the base:

250g fresh ricotta, well drained
600g
cream cheese 2 large oranges
sugar as it wants !!!!( sorry but I have not counted the spoons and then taste it)
1 / 2 cup Grand Marnier
5 sheets of gelatine (10g)
For the top:
2 large oranges
2 sheets of gelatine
1 / 2 cup of water
1 / 2 cup Grand Marnier
Blend the biscuits and add the grated peel, melt the butter and add it to cookies by absorbing the butter and then squeeze well the mixture of biscuits in a pan with a zipper where you first placed only in the bottom of the baking paper and store in refrigerator.
Place the sheets of gelatine and soak in a large bowl whip the cream and add the ricotta steady, but sifted, and cream cheese, assemble all the good good and put the bowl in the fridge, squeeze in the meantime with citrus squeezer the oranges and scrape the rind of one, put the filtered juice in a saucepan with at least three tablespoons of sugar, gelatin, Grand Marnier and melt it all and allow to cool, barely warm slowly continuing to add it to cheese fitted with the whisk, and add sugar to taste if necessary. Pay this mixture on the biscuits, level and place it in the fridge.
soaking Put the other two sheets of gelatine, squeeze out the other two oranges, add the zest of one, sugar, water and Grand Marnier join the gelatin and dissolve it all in a pan, let cool almost completely at room temperature and pour cheesecake on the floor with a spoon, put it in the fridge for about 3-4 hours.
I've decorated by placing candied orange in the picture but not seen.
