I know it is still early, I know that, moreover, on Shrove Tuesday this year coincides with International Women's Day March and then not to mention the 25 April (Easter Monday) and May 1 (Sunday), but I had this cake in mind for a week and I wanted to try it out for the celebration of Mardi Gras that we prepare a group of mothers in a room for rent each year and then I liked the idea of \u200b\u200bthe photo to the Ammodomio calendar for the month of February (as usually falls to the carnival in February), the excuse was to prepare a Dolcino for the birthday of my twin aunt who liked a lot because besides being so colorful and cheerful was also good!
Here are the ingredients: 3 eggs
300g sugar 300g flour 50g butter
100g ricotta 100g cream
already
sugar 100ml milk 1 sachet of
Yeast
coloring gel

For the topping: 200g white chocolate
400g cream sweetened
balls or colored tails

For the cake I Beat eggs with sugar, I added all the liquid ingredients while continuing to mount and finally the flour and baking powder sifted, then I divided the mixture into 9 glasses and I have fun coloring with the 8 color gel that I have one in the center of Wilton was not colored.
I poured one by one, the glasses in the form greased and floured trying to close very different colors, and finally I put in the oven at 170 degrees for half an hour, when it was cooked with the toothpick test the 'I pulled out and allowed to cool down on the grid.
Meanwhile, I melted white chocolate with cream on low heat, stirring slowly, I put in refrigerator to cool well and after I put a little 'shed on the cake with the bag and decorated with colored balls.
Delicious! The thing that I do not understand is that I have put various colors horizontally but then they came in vertically, you can see in the picture?

With this recipe for the collection for Ammodomio calendar for the month of February.
Kisses and good week!

Thanks for this Mapi very good proposal to ' MT for the challenge in January.
Because I love the milk and all its derivatives here's my proposal.
.
Ingredients:
8 large leaves of cabbage and whole
250g ground beef 250g minced turkey
1 egg 1 cup milk
8 slices of good quality bits long about 4
3 cm of tasty cheese (I used the peppery fresh) 1 clove garlic
100ml cream salt pepper
nutmeg 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Meanwhile, boil water, I have my holy electric kettle boils water to me in a few minutes, immerse the leaves in boiling water and salt and keep for 5 minutes, drain and set aside to dry a bit ' separate.
In a bowl mix the meat with an egg and 1 tablespoon milk, salt and pepper.
Divide the mix into 4 pieces, place in each piece of cheese and meatball forming a tightly stretched, and then wrap it with two slices with 2 leaves of cabbage, tightly with kitchen twine and place in a pan by the edges a bit 'high
greased with olive oil and sauté the whole garlic, pour the cream and a glass of milk, a pinch of salt and pepper and cook in the milk tends to rise and in the meantime if the top dell'involtino is not covered, pick up the sauce with a spoon and pour it over the rolls.
When the sauce is quite small sprinkle with nutmeg and serve.
When cutting them I found the perfect cheese core was very satisfied, the only flaw is that what I photographed the slices had melted and gone out dall'involtino, has won the sauce that was becoming a fondue and then close them carefully well.
With this recipe to take part in the challenge MT and Mapi

Pizza salmon Velvety cream and white rocket

Hello.
As usual I'm the last one, but this time it was my fault but the camera is discharged and my husband has kept so well that the battery charger not find it anymore. After
put upside down, I found a house and the pizza was ending because I kept aside for a day in order to make the photo.

For the base I did my usual recipe for pizza that I always do and now that everyone loves so much, is pretty high and soft as I like.

Here are the ingredients: 1 kg flour 00

120g lard 1 stick baking glass of cool

30g salt 30g sugar (yes, it is the same)
sparkling water
smoked salmon cream
rocket
form the fountain and add all ingredients including lard softened and add water little by little, except the salt that goes at the end.
It is important to knead for a long time, certain that if you have a special robot kitchen all will be easier.
are almost three trays
This time I made it into the pan to rise and have already spread the cream 200g in each pan, a little salt and put the salmon in preheated oven for several minutes at 30 °, but off here has already risen.
After a couple of hours, I pulled out the pan, heat the oven, put the pizza for about 30 minutes and exit I covered with fresh arugula and sprinkled with pepper.
Fantastic and simple.
And this time are the latest for the contest alessandro Salmon reindeer in the kitchen.

C00021a Fatal System Error Xp

first daughter Bianca

W White!
Good day!
Here! We see that we are on a diet?!
Maybe not, watching as it has been enriched with this velvety, yes, how could I persuade the puppets if not enriching seared with bacon and peanuts ?!!!!
However this is quite smooth healthy, here is the recipe

Ingredients for 4 people: 3 white onions
half
medium cabbage 1 potato big oil
butter salt white pepper
peanuts and 2 slices of bacon

Clean and cut into large pieces onions, cabbage and potatoes in them a pot with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and salt, turning to brown all a few minutes without doing too brown the onion, add a couple of glasses of water and cook with the lid, when the potato and the cabbage is cooked, remove from fire and mix all together with the immersion blender if the cream is still too much liquid on the fire place and tighten it gently until it reaches the desired consistency.
Add a few knobs of butter and white pepper
Dip the slices of bacon in a pan with the peanuts and put them in the center after having cut the bacon into strips.
In this way I've screwed!

And now I tell my daughter, Bianca.
As a child I always wanted a daughter like her, so that when my husband and spoke of the marriage I announced that I'd came home with friends, luckily he agreed. For other reasons it was not immediately until a year after our marriage the way home we see some children in the hands of the palace which took four patuffolini 2 white and 2 blacks and my husband tells me one of those white, saying "look who's there!" I immediately said "let's keep it" but he already told me that she had married she would not speak. The next day it began to rain so we went with a neighbor to find the building where the children had put the dog house for fear that wet but we found them and told the neighbor that if his sons were found to bring the all white I had seen the day before. The same evening about ten o'clock the doorbell rings and a child was in the hands of a box inside that patuffolino white with bright blue eyes (which are now green) and I was told it was a girl about a month. My husband immediately said it would be with us only one day because it was raining, however, immediately gave her the name Bianca and since then she has always been our first child, every month for the first time he was sucking on the legs her skirt, I then discovered that it is the breed Angora Turkey in fact his hair is smooth and soft as angora, my husband loves it so much that when she goes into heat him, remembering an old movie, says, "my daughter is to remain chaste "!!!!! E 'him every year on June 13 makes the fish cake, and when she came home the first little baby has been left unmoved to observe it for twenty minutes exactly with the face of those who tried to understand what and who he was the bundle that moved. I would have many stories to tell but the thing that makes me a little 'angry is that he sleeps during the day at the foot of the bed of his little brother and I can move it back many times but always there! How beautiful and how much I love her! These photos do not do the best I have in another pc.

Hello to you soon!
