Hello!
Here is my contribution to the playful contest "Browse ... to the madness" of the blog "The Scent of Zagara .
I do not know if you noticed that lately I like to play with colors, plus the fact that I was sick of the usual pastry filled I decided to make these colorful roses, when cooked, have become Rosellón but they were also very good. I would rather take pictures in daylight but have come my mom and my sister and since I had nothing else to offer with you, I took the pictures and we ate.
Ingredients: 1 package
puff pastry
food colors sugar sugar
On a sprinkle a little 'sugar icing, roll out the dough and roll on it and sprinkle evenly over iron it with a rolling pin as possible turning and passing more and more icing sugar. Obtain 30 equal circles, take a 5 to 5 and brush of color, form the roses the first rolling circle in on itself and attacking others around, as they form part of the stretch below by way of stem. Place them far apart on the baking sheet covered with parchment paper and sprinkle with sugar normal granules.
Place in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. Wait for it chilly.
With this recipe, so I participate in the contest Zagara on Browse
