This soft and fragrant cake I made before Christmas and I wanted to post it just so happened today, however, that Fabiola Oil and Vinegar on his blog talking about this contest that I liked Cinzia much and that was in the brush so here goes the recipe:
Ingredients: 2 eggs
200g sugar 200g flour 00
1 packet of yeast (but less)
50g butter 100g ricotta
2 large oranges
Preheat oven to 170 °.
Beat eggs and sugar well, add the ricotta, melted butter, flour and baking powder sifted.
Grate the peel of both oranges and squeeze the juice and add them to the mixture beating well all for a couple of minutes.
Grease and flour the cake pan and pour the mixture, bake for 30 minutes, try and stick it out, I dusted with sugar icing and decorated with roses pdz.
