's right, Fortunately, this time thanks to the choice of the winner of last month's challenge Alessandro we have no limitation in the choice of food for the challenge this month for the MT and then after I thought about particular ingredients instead decided to make them with I had at home. And here is the recipe that I have to say I really liked the freshness, simplicity and goodness.
meatballs of beef and spinach curry sauce, salad of oranges and sweet and sour cabbage turnip
Ingredients: 300g Beef
(or whatever meat you prefer)
2 bunches of spinach
1 egg 2 slices of soft bread crumbs in a box full
with spices
head
1 orange 1 / 2 kohlrabi (my viola) head
yogurt mayonnaise White sugar-free curry
salt pepper sugar
oil
vinegar.
For the meatballs:
Clean and cook spinach in salted water (I put them in already boiling water for 7-8 minutes) leave to drain in a bowl, combine the egg with the meat and broken bread, half a tablespoon of bread and spinach and salt.
You must obtain a very soft, form balls with your hands (it must be hard to do) and roll in bread crumbs to make them stay in shape, place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake at 170 degrees until that does not turn golden.
For the curry sauce:
in a small bowl, mix a tablespoon of mayonnaise and yogurt a pinch of salt and curry powder to taste what you want but it is better not to overdo it does not cover the other flavors.
orange salad: Peel the orange
in vivo and cut into small pieces seasoned with olive oil, salt and pepper (a little 'there would be a fresh onion well, but I had not at home).
The turnip cabbage:
Peel the turnips and cut into small pieces mixed with 1 heaping tablespoon of sugar and let stand for 10 minutes (best to do this before you start), then dress with olive oil, salt and vinegar .
Here's my recipe for Menu Challenge Tour in February.
