Can You Become Sterile From Chicken Pox

tart pastry with mayonnaise, but do not tell my mother!

Hello!
When Stefania published these biscuits mayonnaise it was not a week that I tried them once.
My mother said they were very good and a purist like her would be a blow to know that they were made with mayonnaise then omitted.
Even when only a couple of weeks later, having was invited to dine with her not having eggs at home I thought I could make this tart, which she liked very much, I really do not have the courage to tell her the truth.
Here are the ingredients: (I make copies of those in the original recipe and then add my)
100 g cold butter
cold 90 g of mayonnaise (homemade or purchased)
40 g caster sugar
2 70-290 g of flour, about
other 50-100g flour 200ml cream
2-3 tablespoons of strawberry jam (or one you prefer)

very cold butter cut into small pieces, so that the whips with which they do not beat too much effort. Then mount it with sugar for at least five minutes, until soft and creamy and clear. Combine the mayonnaise
hours, stirring with a spatula and no more 'with whips, mixing well.
Slowly begin to add flour, working initially with a spoon and then by hand, the mixture gradually takes shape.

At this point, add more flour, too little by little until you see the consistency of that seems most appropriate. Wrap in plastic wrap and let rest in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
I then spread with the pastry on parchment paper and after I placed, with all the paper, of course, in the pan for tarts (22cm) so that it adheres well and packed with all the edges the pan in the fridge.
I turned on the oven to 175 degrees and prepared the whipping cream (not mounted) with jam, then I pulled the pan from the fridge and quickly poured in the cream, I put in the oven for 20 minutes. Before removing from pan to cool at room temperature.
Since the photo inspires me spring (which hopefully will come March 21 "really") participated in the contest with this recipe monthly calendar Ammodomio for the month of March.

Good weekend!!
