Sangeli matruzza and Happy 2011

This post is dedicated to the contest Red: Kitchen the street.
It 'so I wanted to write this post but as usual I have reduced my last day.
Actually I wanted to take some pictures to the food which I am presenting and I also wanted to taste it again but I did not have the time nor the opportunity to visit as these dishes must go in specific places in my city who are away from home.
Eventually I found two pictures on the net and I hope that is enough.
I have a beautiful memory of this street food as a child my father bought me often because it was a street vendor near his home, but nowadays have diminished people who do this work.
here or call sangeli matruzza according to the gut using sausage, what?
But the pig's blood of course !!!!!!
not offend you please, I know that I was also a vegetarian but this food is so good, but so good with so much pepper, my father bought it also because it is very energetic and since my sister and I were two cartons according to him in this way grow better.
we do not care what the reason is the fact that we were competing to see who ate more with plastic forks in those plastic containers such as those for French fries.
I found this recipe on the net and I hope the original is also why I did not imagine that there were all those ingredients.

Ingredients:

kg. 1 pig's blood;

gr. 100 walnut, almonds, pine nuts, gr. 50 raisins;

cinnamon;

Salt and pepper;

Gut Pork

Method: Blanch walnuts and almonds in boiling water, peel, chop and toast them lightly in the oven along with the pine nuts. Beat with a whisk in the blood of pork and stir in the chopped almonds, raisins soaked in warm water and drained, salt, pepper and a pinch of cinnamon. Put the pan over the fire in a double boiler and cook, stirring often until the liquid has a creamy consistency. Then pour it into the pork intestines, closed at a 'ends with a bit' of kitchen string. Close the other side and cook them in boiling water for 10 minutes scarce. Drain and serve cut into slices half a centimeter thick.
